Each human being has a different personality. The marketer should conduct surveys to find about the various personality types and their reaction about the product which they use. Such information helps the marketer to plan the sales and forecast the total volume of the product which would be needed in a particular region. When the marketer studies about the customer insight about the products, he has the convenience of measuring the product’s success, optimizing the volume produced and then repeat the sale of the particular product based on the insights of the customers.
