The 21st century is a globalized network of various cultures and ethnicities. In this globalized network, businesses are prospering and enhancing themselves ever than before (Friedman 2000). Furthermore, businesses growing and prospering in turn help economic growth to take place in a nation. However economic growth enhancement involves several perspectives when viewed from globalization perspective.
The aim of this essay lies in analysing and identifying the way in which globalization has added to growth of an economy. The thesis statement of this essay lies in describing how and why globalization leads to growth in economy along with analysing whether this process is a boon for all nations or only the developed economies (Fukuyama et al 2007). The scope of this essay will be to describe the globalization process, related globalization theory from several academic journals and supporting each concept with an appropriate example.
