The motivation level of the employees should be kept high, as the jobs in today’s stressful work environment urges their supervisors to motivate related to intense physical and mental conditions. My personality traits of extraversion of interacting with people and feeling would help in understanding and motivating a team in a work environment (Langton, Judge and Robbins, 2011).
