In the current internship experience there are several networking opportunities that the organization (Each other Films) offers and hosts. These opportunities included collaborating for developing the activity of script screening to continue with question and answer sessions, industries forums being developed and writer for networking with speed and enhancement. Each of these opportunities will be required to be grabbed by me with the help of those strategies and steps that have been mentioned before. However, it becomes important to highlight the main strategies that require me to work upon in order to gain strong personality of my brand.

It is further, essential that as an individual working as an intern for the position of a script developer, my strategic approach to personality development and networking will be through the use of internet as a social media tool. Today’s world acknowledges the growth of technology and in more years to come, more and more focus will be laid on the use of internet as a branding technique (Harris et al 2011). From the perspective of this approach, I would need to mark myself as a unique script developer and also share my experience of working as an intern at Each other films which will not only help in establishing networking at the individual level for me but also for the respective organization that I work for.
I am yet not an established person and I do not measure success in monetary terms rather in terms of more and more experience possessed by me. This will help me acknowledge and share all the collected knowledge with regard to my field letting individuals reach my personal identity.
