客户:客户也在任何组织和任何的一个主要利益相关者组织变革直接或间接的影响。例如如果任何电子商务的网站想要通过改变他们的网站的外观和感觉,因为任何的原因然后客户使用他们的网站购物必须适应这种变化。如果他们无法理解的变化然后他们会搬到一个新的电子商务的网站。

经理:公司的经理计划的细节变化。他们是经验丰富的人使用他们的远见,计划的一切细节。所有的风险都是由他们负责任何失败的改变实现。

Stakeholder is the group of people or an individual who is directly or indirectly impacted by any kind of changes made in the business. The stakeholders could be internal or external. The different types of stakeholders and impact of organizational change on them would be as following:

Owner/shareholders: The owner and the shareholders would like to see that their company is making profit for them. Any changes done in the organization would directly impact the business of the company and the profits may increase or it could go into loss due to these changes. The owners and the shareholders would have monetary impact of the changes implemented in the organization (Kotler, 2011).

Customers: The customers are also one of the major stakeholders in any organization and any organizational change affects them directly or indirectly. For example if any of the e-commerce website wants to go through a change of the look and feel of their website because of any of the reasons then the customers who use their website for shopping have to adapt to this change. If they are unable to understand the changes then they would simply move to a new e-commerce website.

Managers: The managers of the company plan the details of the change which is to be done. They are highly experienced people who use their foresight to plan everything in detail. All the risks are to be well managed by them and they are responsible for any failures in the change which is to be implemented in the company.
