All of us were sparking with creative solution in order to deal with the challenges of business (Pentland 2012). Having a specialty in finance, I was consistently focused on the enhancement of communication, feedback, and sharpening the skills of problem solving across team and to meet the skills. This leads towards the increment of commitment, trust and synergy across other members of the team along with the business organization. In the team, this innovation helped in the clarification of standards, agreements and initial steps for the final provision of positive momentum. This speeded the scope of success in our team.
As a team member, I was aware of the workload that will approach the team and I was the first one to notice this. Hence, I considered some approaches for the purpose of distributing work load. When I approached my strategy, I realized the uniqueness of continuous allocation and management of resources across the individual team members as per the situation of team. I realized that this key criterion was extremely crucial for the definition of team. I and Sunny hence, focus on the achievement of optimal distribution of work across the team members, allowing the maximization of collective performance (Rainey 2010). Collaboration was strongly entailed to the team work for the adequate application of work styles, knowledge, personalities and skills.
Hence, we were able to ensure the firm base of sharing commitment to the task of collaboration under consideration, and their provision with the facilitations, processes, training, knowledge, tools and environment for ensuring that work is done in an effective manner. While all of the expert members were encouraging other team members, all of us were quite comfortable to offer new idea even though there were useless. As a result of these useless ideas, we were brainstorming and identifying new strategic ideas. Also, there was appropriate determination across the team members with the willingness of maintaining appropriate control (Teece 2010). In order to meet different situations, there was more often achievement of control by appointing different responsibilities to others for the facilitation of procedure developed by the team.
We recognized well beforehand that we did not require any formal leader. Hence, all of us were regulating our own behaviour and contribution along with that of the others as required. Due to the overall involvement of collaboration across the team, we were focused on the development of rapport with the members of the team. The team was built well- effectively, while providing significant benefits to the staff members and the employer. As an individual, I was empowering my work with the effective skills of communication for influencing and inspiring others for the achievement of outcome (Wheatley 2011). This was the case even if a number of difficulties were involved in the situation. Also, as a result of effective communication in the team, the members were successful in the achievement of overall organizational objectives and goals with maximum efficiency.
