It does not matter which field one belongs to when it comes to establishing self-branding of personal characteristics by an individual. This personal branding helps in formulating the essence of all the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities that one is capable of and the way in which weaknesses along with threats should be handled. Personal branding can be henceforth defined as the process through which an individual gains the capability of marketing oneself. This process also allows one as brand to take up the leverage of following similar strategies that are adopted by big brands (corporate) or celebrities for appealing other individuals. From the perspective of the strength that can be attained by a person by personal branding development and networking, this essay has been developed in order to highlight the different strategies that can help in building personal branding and further strategies being explored for further network building. In light of these strategies, this essay will highlight the way in which personal branding can be developed by me while my internship experience as a script developer. The essay will then conclude the type of personal brand that I can reflect upon from my personality type in the organization where I am currently working as an intern.
