During the whole preparation of the assignment there were conflicts, but being the students of management we tried our best to solve all the issues with maturity and the management theories we read during the course. We all sat down once and tried to get over with the personal issues we had with one another and it was at this time that we realized that we need to work as a team and not as an individual so as to ensure the success of our assignment as a group(Calo 2008). I believe that the team was successful in doing their work as they researched a lot about the topics they were allocated. On the day of presentation wherein half of the groups presented their work I found their work to be nice. This made be more stressed as I was of the view that we still needed to work on various areas. Hence, in the final meeting before the day of our presentation we motivated each other and kept ourselves in a good mood. Honestly, the day we presented our work finally I was not very happy with our work as it didn’t come out to be as good as we expected it to be. The reasons behind the same were lack of time management and practices. If we would have tried to put in some extra efforts towards this task then I am very sure that we would have been a lot better.
