The Willer Baltners Partners Inc. in the ‘Final Environmental Impact Statement’ show the requisites for the need to construct a shopping center which is 127 acres along with 850000 square feet of shopping areas in New York State Route 300 at Interstate 7 highway. This will hold significant value for Newburgh and in consequence to the city that it is connected to Beacon. The primary proposal leans towards constructing a shopping area in order to obtain business. By taxation, the New York can gain monetary assets. The primal level of understanding when constructing a shopping center is to check and see what the avenues that can be potentially exploited are and the rate of explosion should be around the permissible levels (Miller, 2007). The reason for the shopping center being set up is to ultimately help the people. The people should not be affected by new trade ideas. The local population should not have any adverse ramifications that could spoil their environment or affect their business. The business model should be set up in such a way so that the all the stakeholders including the investors are not affected. In order for this to happen the shopping center must be located in the appropriate zone (Connelly et al, 2002). The corporation of the government bodies should ensure that they are zoned correctly and are in an ideal location.
