　　我们以英国为例，由于去英国的人在比例中占有较多，所以我们来说一下英国的写作。在英国留学时也是有大量的论文要写作，但是由于大家是初次去英国，所以在很多的时候并不知道如何写作，可能也不太知道英国论文格式，接下来就来给大家讲解一下。

　　首先英国的论文和中国有一点是一样的，那就是都有抄袭率检测，不一样的是英国的抄袭率检测更加严格，概率要求更低，所以这一点大家一定要注意。

　　有部分的同学在写作的时候都喜欢引用，可是就怕在引用的时候用着用着就变成了抄袭，在英国对待抄袭的学生是会直接遣送回国的，所以千万不要抄袭。

　　第二点就是格式的问题，这个问题的话我不过多的讲解。

　　第一条:字体格式，包括:字体的格式，常见的统一格式是:

　　timesew roman 字体，小四，

　　第二条:排版格式，包括: 1.5倍行距以及常见的reference格式

　　Harvard格式(哈佛格式)或者是APA格式、oxford格式(牛津格式)还有Chicago格式(芝加哥)

　　第三条:用词格式，包括:不能使用的一些词汇与不用缩写的词汇。不能使

　　用的词汇包括: I，we，our, You，YOUR等使用第一人称或第二人称，保持论证的客观性，否则会造成学术论文不严谨;不能缩写的词汇包括: can’ t, don’ t,didn’ t,wouldn’ t应该写成

　　cannot, do not did not would not

　　第四条:行文格式，包括:一篇合格的英国essay论文主要包括四个部分，

　　已引言部分(Introduction),主体部分(Main Body)，结论部分(Conclusion)，参考文献(referencing)

Organization structure reflects the way through which the companies arrange or setup their departments in order to carry out the work neatly in timely manner. Management chose different organization structure to define the specific roles at different levels in the organization (Pitt, Handford & Koester, 2012). For example large organization use the tall organization structure that has many echelons of the management and other employees (Singla, 2010). On the other hand small organizations have flatter organization structure with very few management levels.

Leadership is something that cannot be judged until it has been taken as an experience. If employees in one leadership style shift to another form of leadership style, it will create the situation of total confusion as it takes time to employees to adjust in different environment with completely different manager. There are various forms of leadership style that will be discussed in detail below. Motivation to the employees is necessary to outperform the production in easy manner and on regular time. In this segment there are two famous theories of motivation, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Herzberg’s theory that will be discussed in detail.

Thus, I came to know that my personal experience in the field of finance and strategic business working is shallow. The Whitman education programs with its core course in explaining the nature of capital markets will help me better understand the relationship between organizational goals and capital markets. Thus, my personal goal of learning will be fulfilled through this course.
