In Canada, the poverty and the cause and impacts towards the poverty has been criminalized by the crucial sectors of the Canadian governmental and private sectors. These sectors are well defined in the poverty lines and the people belonging to the impact and necessity of poverty are not even poor from the beginning or till the end. The employees, Canadians, individuals who are all in sectors to gain Low Income Cut Offs (LICOs) in Canada as established by the Canadian statistics will be considered to be the people belonging to the line of poverty. These marginalized poverty people are getting low incomes and incentives. These people are in need of getting equal rights and strategies, but the private and governmental sectors along with the business owners are not ready to give simple importance and they are not providing simple care for the people in poverty in claiming and acquiring the rights and measures for the purpose of living. The United Nations Statistics Division defined that, the poverty line is an income level that is considered by the citizen of the country to sustain individually or with groups and family in terms of several aspects of food, housing, clothing, medical needs, surviving and much more. By characterizing the sustained resources, sources, capabilities, choices, opportunities, security, and the power of living, the Human Resources have characterized the adequate standards of living and this characterization helps the adequate standard measures and requirements that are needed by the people to survive with rights and activities along with civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights. In all cases of poverty, the economic standard feature of income is less and this makes the people to be in poverty life for a long time. But these definitions are not including the entire aspect of poverty along with criminalization. Here, the act of poverty breaks the entire aspect of living and this marginalized line enhances the needs of the people above the margin.
