As a long term systematic approach to change, Kaizen implementation will allow organizations to consider little changes in incremental processes to improve overall efficiency and quantity. The use of service monitoring and queries like feedback systems is one way to improve. The research will be undertaken in order to understand how customer satisfaction can be implemented in a continuous manner in a restaurant business. The restaurant business that is selected for the investigation is “Fat Noodle”. Fat Noodle is a restaurant situated in the Star Casino Hotel. The Star Casino Hotel presents excellent location prospects for the restaurant as it is situated in the Pyrmont, NSW. It is part of a Star Entertainment group offering first class entertainment experience to its guests daily. Being a five-star hotel and an exclusive elite brand, the form of people who come here look for tradition with a twist. The Fat Noodle restaurant is at present attempting to cater to such requirements.The industry hence can be inferred to hold much opportunities for growth. The specific restaurant that is going to be researched here is the Fat Noodle. The Fat Noodle restaurant operating inside the Casino is almost considered as an extension to it. The food being served in the restaurant is Asian and is sold in a more dynamic style. The restaurant basically tries to recreate traditional family recipes in Australia, with fresh Australian produce, but the twist is to make them more of Asian fusion. Luke Ngyuen is the Chef here, and his specialty is a 20-hour Fat Pho Noodles which is one of the main dishes ordered by almost anyone within the restaurant. He also delivers fiery laksa and salad with Vietnamese chicken. In addition to these services, the restaurant provides for other quick lunch recipes which are a favourite with the local crowd. Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai and Malay food are served here with a twist, and the restaurant itself is open for nearly 14 hours a day (The Star Sydney, 2017).
