The crucial aim of this research will be analyzing the way in which companies in the fast fashion industry are able to attract their target market (young generation customers) with respect to price strategies, design business strategies and just in time (Park et al 2010). Apart from the same, the thesis will also focus on analyzing important strategies and factors that can cause an influence over the involvement of customers (Attwood, 2007). The objectives of research are as follows:

  To understand the way in which companies in fast fashion market tend to attract youth customers with respect to price, design, style and rapid manufacturing

   To analyze the strategies, conditions and factors influence behaviour of purchase of youth customers

   To investigate how involvement of customers would influence the decision of their shopping, buying, attitudes after-purchase and beliefs

Primary and secondary researches will be used in order to research the objectives. The secondary research will be from various business strategic decision journal articles formulated in the form of a literature review.

Primary research will involve the use of questionnaires, interviews and surveys as a data collection instrument (Ross et al. 2010). The research participants will be from Zara and H and M because both these organizations in Singapore are well known fashion brands among youth generation. The sample size involved is selected as 100.
