Other companies have given comments about their experiences with shareholders and investors about the development of this new policy. Companies have given reviews about the new content that they need to review about the existing contracts and arrangements that are developed by the company. This discussion was about the development and implementation of the new system. This new system will have its drawbacks and consequences that will be located in the future. After looking at the current results of the companies it can be noted that more government related companies have implemented this policy and these policies are in accordance with the policies designed by EU. These policies are good for the company because they create more productivity among the employees. Apart from this private sector companies are facing serious problems about the development of this policy because they have sensitive investors and most of the investors are foreigners that are showing great concerns about the new voting rights and other remuneration changes. In this situation it is difficult for the government for work for the benefit for every company (Dignam and Galanis, 2013). Shareholders need to take this right and this right is good for the company. When directors get this right they will show more productivity towards the organization because they will start to own the organization. Employee empowerment and retention will increase which will be beneficial for the organization in the future and for the country as a whole. This debate will continue as every company is not flexible with this decision and they will have to change the culture and corporate structure of their organizations. This decision is taken but the results of this decision will decide about its success or failure for the organization and economy of the country. The proposal developed by the government if remains on the positive and right direction then it can give positive and fruitful results to the companies in following years.
