Site Clearance was the primary task. The first day of the plan was spent in site clearance to ensure that the area is ready for demolition.

The necessary permits for doing demolition followed by site construction must be checked and verified before demolition
Advisory to Public about demolition were erected as billboards around the site and advisories were also stuck on the temporary sheds constructed around the site for the safety of the public
Erosion and sediment control devices for the site are to be contracted in according to the compliance rules on the same.
Demolition safety procedures for the work site were formed and these rules were passed on to the construction workers. These notices were also stuck on the construction place as a reminder to workers.
Clearing and grubbing of overgrown and unnecessary vegetation in the site was done. The vegetation were possible was removed to be planted in a different site.
Disposals of grubbing were conducted complying with the necessary disposal safety guidelines. Any hazardous material on site was duly handled and reported as per the health and safety requirements for the workplace.
Locate underground utilities and conduct depth analysis
Fence the complete demolition area for safety to the public
Remove underground conduits and piping that are not necessary
Breakup Car Park’s Foundation and the Car Park’s Existing Walls
Breakup semipermanent and permanent concrete slabs
Conduct bulk excavation
Check for slope failure while conducting excavations
Support the cuts and stabilize the grounds
Backfill and compacting was done so as to ensure that the excavations remained stable.
Removes debris from site on a regular basis will be done as the demolition is being carried on. The removal will be aided by sub-contractors. They will carry the necessary licenses and permits to remove debris from the site.
