This is the stage from where the execution of the training is initiated. If previous steps are done properly, the probability of success in the current step becomes very high. This step assumes importance because here the actual training plan is developed. This step can be easily overlooked without proper planning, but this step is the most crucial of the lot. The training program should be in sync with the business objectives and deliver the results seamlessly. It is in this step that managements decide which curriculum and method of delivery is used for the specific groups within the workforce. If this training is not done properly the trainees may be required to be retrained and can in turn be overwhelmed by the amount of training delivered.
