As it is seen that this paper is focused on the analysis of a key marketing concept i.e. Marketing Rationalization, it is better to start fresh with the meaning of Marketing Rationalization. The term Rationalization in terms of a corporate company would mean a reorganization which is based on the purpose of the increasing of the efficiency of the company (Bell, 1971). This type of the reorganization within the company can lead to the modification in the company size; it may expand the size or may reduce the size. It may also result in some changes in existing policies of the organization and also in the modification of the strategies relating to some products which are offered by the company
