Corporate governance mechanism can be further subdivided into three mechanisms. They are internal mechanism, external mechanism and audit mechanisms (Clements and Hendry, 2008). There are different forms of corporate governance fundamentally in many organizations; there are a board of directors who control the overall functioning of the company. The subsequent personnel of the company such as CEO, managers control the proceedings. These organizations are found to be more effective and are seen gaining prominenance in many parts of the spectrum.

In auditing form of governance the people audit ensure that the company is compliant with the various governmental regulations. There ensure that the companies follow the prescribed mandates for financial targets. Apart from this, certain companies divide the powers and all the members have vested powers and interest in the well being of the company. These are the most popular kinds of corporate governance. Companies tend to develop a structure that is a combination of these tools. Nevertheless, it will change based on requirements and primary objectives of the company.
