Crisis management is another factor which results in flawed time management. Crisis management involves ambiguity on the priority of tasks. It can be clearly indicated that the rituals and believes of Confucianism are in accordance with the protection of body and soul. They believe that ancestors need to take care of their old ones even after death for protecting them from the mischief that could be caused by ghosts.
