Each and every year, there is certain news related to the occurrence of the disaster in some or the other parts of the world. Thus, it is something which does not have a control. Though, it can be minimized by certain planning and implementation, there is not a control on disaster. It is something which has such a massive effect that it leads to a severe and an unforgettable loss in the form of life and money. Listing other regions of the world, China has also experienced a large number of natural disasters leading to the loss of life (Liu-Zeng et al, 2012). These disasters have had political, social and economic loss to the People’s Republic of China. In addition to this, the environmental, social, political and environmental aspects will also be studied.
