Learning procedure all through the module was a massive learning experience considering the fact that it enabled me to identify my strengths and weaknesses, which I was not conscious about beforehand. Every lecture and tutorial brought me a novel learning related to my behaviour and advanced it in an outstanding way because of which I took pleasure in the module comprehensively. Earlier, I was not conscious of the fact that I an activist learner’s capabilities, but during the module learning, I determined that I can be an activist learner when situation needs (Bourner 2003).
The group exercises, which were done during the lectures and tutorials, were proved to be extremely helpful for me and allowed me to enhance my knowledge about the interpersonal skills I needs to develop as well as about my management abilities. The critical incident made me realised that I lack effective verbal communication skills. In my group presentation team we were 3 people, by since my English was not very well I did not conversed with them a lot. Although, we had a Facebook group for communication purpose, but no one talk on it much. Even when I used to put questions regarding my queries no one used to answer me, in this pretension, I just did the introduction myself as I found it easy and did not discussed much with my team members. However, I do believe that it is not enough for me and it did not allow me to learn much from the group.
I realised that I become extremely nervous at the time of pressuring situations and lack skills to manage stress. For organisations, it is essential to learn stress management skills as business environment continually comes up with stressing situations (Winstanely 2007).
