Martin in this article had described the ways with which these two artists had shared their ideas and painted them while living in the house even the texture of their everyday lives.

Gayford in this article had made persuasive analysis of the living arrangements of the two artists. He had made with his intense research of The Yellow House and the evidences gathered through it for the voluminous correspondences of Van Gogh.

I used his article in my research as I found it credible and full of information about Van Gogh and his painting of The Yellow House. Gayford in this article even talked about the mental illness of Van Gogh that led him commit suicide at the age of thirty seven. I found this article interesting and full of facts about Van Gogh. This article is outstanding analysis of the vibrant work performed by the two artists.

This book explains the exquisite nature of flowers which were also painted by Van Gogh in his painting and even in The Yellow House and the color themes used by Vincent in his paintings. Jennifer Helvey with all his efforts tried to give his best views about the painting and Van Gogh as he considers the painting as an piece for in-depth study and not just a piece of finished picture.
