This is an argument that the situation which aroused in the case of locked room is justified and it is not just a simple suicidal case. There is the mystery of the scene that is needed to be solved after an investigation. This was the hotel which was established in the thirties by a rich man, according to the choice of her younger daughter. Chen went to the hotel directly because that hotel was nearby of his current position. Zhou Keng was the Director of the Shanghai Housing Development Committee, during his time Shanghai had shown huge development in the infrastructure. This is due to the efforts of Zhou.
But there was a problem, he was involved in some illegal works during his time as a director and the illegal things have been shown on the internet.

These internet details of his illegal work exposed him and for this, he was shuangguie by the department members (Qui, 2012). Shuangguie member of the department cannot take the step of doing suicide.
