These are Firstly the company is committed to help in protecting the planet Earth through its efforts. It will work for defending human rights and will promote creation and maintenance of self esteem among individuals (Isaak, 2002). It works strongly against the issue of animal testing which they consider as a part of their corporate DNA and not just a job to be performed. The Body Shop formulates sustainable trading relationships throughout the world with marginalized communities through its ‘Community Trade’ which is a fair trade program which helps the trading partners in satisfying the demands for gifts and accessories etc. The company has the value of providing the world with example if they are to be convinced for any changes through the power of business of bringing those changes into reality (Spedding, 2014). Businesses must ensure that their activities must maintain the biosphere layer of atmosphere liveable.
