This is built by the Canadian National Railway. Since the building of Burj Khalifa and Canton Tower, this tower was the tallest free structure built. However, it is currently the third largest structure in the world. It is now referred to as Canadian National Tower.CN Tower is now currently operated by Federal Crown Corporation Canada Lands Company. It is found out that this place visited by more than 1.5 million people each year. The main attraction is the rocket elevator ride which has made it world’s number 1 elevator ride. It is also famous for the highest outdoor walk in the world. Heighted a 447 m, CN Tower is one the loved tourist places in the world (Great-towers.com, 2016). The name CN Tower is enough to understand the area. As found out by Bouraoui (2014), an area is identified by its landmark. The downtown area of Toronto is also known by CN Tower. There are surrounding areas people understand only by asking CN Tower. For example, Bike Share Toronto might not be possible to identify easily. However, putting the name CN Tower in context, the place can easily be identified.
Thus, CN Tower being a landmark works as a reference point for the surrounding areas. CN tower is a concrete tower which is built in the city of Toronto in Canada. It is an observation and a communication tower which has become the world’s tall standing tower. The building of the world known cite was completed in the year 1976. It is denoted as the world’s third tallest tower that has become an icon of signature touching the sky. It was in the year 1968 the establishment of the giant tower was thought about when the building of a large television tower as well as the radio tower was wanted to be building in Canada by the National Railway of Canada. It was in the year 1972 the plan was put into action to build a high raising tower in the city of Toronto such that the possibility of communication could be successfully served in the entire city of Canada (Daviset et al., 2015).
