Due to the overall involvement of collaboration across the team, we were focused on the development of rapport with the members of the team. The team was built well- effectively, while providing significant benefits to the staff members and the employer. As an individual, I was empowering my work with the effective skills of communication for influencing and inspiring others for the achievement of outcome (Wheatley 2011). This was the case even if a number of difficulties were involved in the situation. Also, as a result of effective communication in the team, the members were successful in the achievement of overall organizational objectives and goals with maximum efficiency.
