In terms of the scope, this dissertation aims to establish line of thought, through which any scholar who is interested in understanding decision making in innovation, can get straight forward idea about the topic. Scope of this dissertation will include analysis of project-based organisations, and how these organisations is effectively using innovation in their strategic decision making process. The overall scope will also include importance of information in the process of decision making process. Ultimately various aspects related to the process of innovation will be discussed, with focus on the project based organisation.
Limitation of this dissertation includes exclusion of any empirical or quantitative study of the field discussed above. The entire dissertation will be depending upon the critical analysis of the selected journals, articles and papers related to the designated topic. Unlike various other research works, this dissertation will not attempt to establish any quantified conclusion or result, post analysis of the selected topic.
